It’s Raining Hard and There’s No Relief in Sight
What is my outlook for the global oil and gas industry? That was the subject of my recent presentation to the Queensland Petroleum and Exploration Association (or QuPEX) on November 10, 2015. The title of my speech was "It's Raining Hard and There's No Relief in Sight", a kind of weather report for the sector. The title was based on a quote from the CEO of Anadarko at one of his recent media updates, and it's pretty apt for Queensland which can be seriously damp at times (well, at least along the coast). So what is the outlook? The title says it all. But let me take you through it.
